On Thursday, December 14, 2006 at 17:15 hours, Lyons Fire Rescue, along with Lyons Town Ambulance was dispatched to a reported 1 car MVA in the area of the Nor-Win Campground - 2921 Pilgrimport Rd. Engine 6 took the assignment along with Chief Witt and Assistant Chiefs Darcangelis and Rios.

   Upon Chief Witt's arrival and single vehicle was found off the road with apparent roll over damge. Both occupants were found self extricated and walking around the scene. Patient care was turned over to EMS for transport.

   LFD was assisted on location by Lyons Town Ambulance and the New York State Police. The assignment went back into service at 17:33 hours.
