On Sunday, March 18, 2007, the Lyons Fire Department held their monthly training at 39 Dickerson Street. The home owner allowed the department to use their frozen pond to conduct Ice Rescue Training.

   This training session was under the direction of Chief Witt and Firefighter Aunkst.
