| On Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 13:53 hours, Engine Company 7 was dispatched to a reported dryer fire at 370 Hale Street. Engine 7, Squad 3 took the assignment along with Chief Witt and Assistant Chief's Paliotti, Darcangelis & Rios.
Upon Chief Witt's arrival, a light smoke condition was noted from a 2 1/2 story, wood frame residential. After investigation, interior crews located a lower level room fully invoved. At that time a Second Alarm was struck bringing in Engine 3 and additional manpower. The fire was contained to the initial room, with minimal extension to the kitched and second floor. The assignment went back into service at 15:21 hours. |
