Motor Vehicle Accident

On Friday, November 11th, 2011 at 14:54 hours, the Lyons Fire Department along with Lyons Town Ambulance were dispatched to a reported two car MVA with injuries at the intersection of Old Preemption Rd & Jackson School Rd. Rescue 3 took the assignment.

The first arriving officer reported two vehicles with three patients, one of which were entrapped. After a short extrication all patients were turned over to EMS and transported to area hospitals for evaluation.  All units were clear at 15:44. 

The Lyons Fire Department was assisted on scene by the Wayne County Sheriffs office and Phelps Ambulance, who assisted with EMS.
