On Saturday, November 12th, 2011 at 21:07 hours, the Lyons Fire Department along with Lyons Town Ambulance were dispatched to a reported House Fire at 39 Montezuma Street.
Engine 6 took the assignment under the direction of Car 7-4 and arrived on location with heavy smoke showing from a two story residence.
